1. Purpose of the Site

This website is intended to provide information about the travel planning and organization services offered by T-Journeys. Use of this site implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability. The price is guaranteed up to the time of payment. The exchange rate is provided by the final service provider, which considers the time it takes to receive the amount and bank commissions. The customer is free to choose where to obtain dollars or euros and transfer them to TJ’s accounts in those currencies.

Prices are expressed in [corresponding currency] and include the items specified in each service.

To confirm a reservation, payment must be made within the deadlines and conditions established at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing through T-Journeys’ contact channels.

Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the specific policies of each service and any penalties applied by external providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

4. Insurance

TJ Journeys S.A. de C.V. acts as an intermediary between the client and the providers of travel services (airlines, hotels, transportation, etc.), and is therefore not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses dependent on those providers.

The client is responsible for having the necessary documentation (passport, visas, permits) and for meeting the health or immigration requirements of the destination.

Once travel information is delivered, after 48 hours the client is responsible for any discrepancies in the trip; including itinerary, names, destinations, dates, services, or any other service not reported as incorrect. Any applicable charges will be the passenger’s responsibility.

The client is also responsible for penalties charged by the final service provider in the event of changes or any type of non-compliance by the passenger. This may include, but is not limited to: failure to show up at the scheduled time, exceeding the agreed number of people or luggage, changes or cancellations of any kind and cause, including force majeure events attributable to the passenger.

5. Use of the Website

The user agrees to use the site appropriately, avoiding illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

All published content (texts, images, logos) is the property of T-Journeys and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

7. Modifications

TJ Journeys S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page.
